A rapidly growing SaaS company is building a new Customer Support team in Dublin. As a Customer Support Specialist, youll play a key role in helping EMEA customers get the most out of the platform while delivering exceptional service and clear, thoughtful communication. What Youll Do Build strong product knowledge and support customers via email and live chat Troubleshoot software issues and resolve escalated queries Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users Provide guidance on marketing, sales, and e-commerce setup questions Document solutions and contribute to improving support processes Use AI tools to streamline workflows and work more efficiently What do you bring?
