OverviewLocation: Park Inn by Radisson, Shannon Airport. Park Inn by Radisson, Shannon Airport is ideally located just steps from the main terminal building of Shannon International Airport. The hotel is well-located for airport travellers or those visiting the nearby business parks. Limerick is 20 km from Park Inn Shannon Airport.We are seeking to hire a part-time Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The Front Office Receptionist is the first person guests meet on arrival, so it is important to present a friendly and professional image at all times.
Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests to the hotel and act as a first point of contact.
Register guests and take payment.
Answer queries about in-house facilities and tourism information.
Take responsibility for the security of the keys.
Update guest information in the computer and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
Take and confirm reservations for guests.
Manage the reception area for the business and handle a high volume of calls and emails.
Liaise with colleagues, management and external stakeholders as required.
Perform other related ad-hoc administrative tasks as necessary.

Requirements

Excellent customer care skills.
Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Ability to work on your own initiative.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to cope well under pressure in a busy environment with a range of tasks.
Flexible and adaptable to support the business needs with a positive attitude.

Experience

Previous hotel front desk experience is desired but not essential.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
