A well-established investment and asset management firm in the renewable energy sector is seeking an exceptional Head of Finance to help shape the next phase of its growth journey.
This role offers a unique opportunity to join a proven leader in the energy transition, delivering impactful, long-term value while championing sustainability.
As Head of Finance, you will report directly to the CFO and lead a team of finance professionals.
Responsibilities
* Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for all renewable energy investments.
* Manage fund capital activities, investor reporting, and SPV oversight.
* Support lender relationships and monitor fund valuation processes.
* Lead the transformation of finance operations through digital solutions and automation, including the integration of AI where appropriate.
* Leverage a new ERP system to build scalable, future-proof processes.
* Deliver financial insights to the board and audit committees.
Qualifications
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with 12+ years' PQE.
* Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing finance teams.
* Extensive experience in transaction structuring, due diligence, and fund/SPV management.
* Strong track record in driving finance transformation and process improvement.
* Previous experience in private equity, renewables, infrastructure, or real assets is highly desirable.
