Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the front-of-house team to consistently deliver excellence.
* Organize reservations, seating plans, and service flow for maximum efficiency.
* Collaborate closely with the kitchen to maintain menu quality and implement seasonal updates.
* Maintain immaculate presentation and cleanliness standards throughout the Brasserie.
* Monitor budgets and costs, as well as manage stock levels, to meet financial objectives.
* Effectively address and resolve guest feedback in a professional manner.
Requirements:
* Prior experience as a Food Service Manager or equivalent senior hospitality role is mandatory.
* Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
* A genuine passion for delivering exceptional food, wine, and service experiences.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in budgeting, stock control, and cost management is required.
