This role will be based from our Dublin office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
What you’ll do as a Manager, Sales Development - International at Vanta:
* Oversee the recruitment, mentoring, and development of a team of SDRs which includes hiring and training new members
* Identify opportunities and develop strategies to improve process, efficiency, and productivity across the SDR organization.
* Build and Implement a data driven Outbound strategy
* Foster an environment of high performance & accountability
* Consistently deliver against sales pipeline and headcount targets
* Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline and qualified opportunity targets
* Develop sales, product and industry skills of each team member
* Motivate team members through creative incentives
* Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency and Productivity
* Lead by example and champion our Principles while fostering a collaborative, transparent, inclusive sales environment.
How to be successful in this role
* Experience building and managing a high performing Outbound SaaS sales teams (Upmarket experience is a plus)
* Consistent track record of 100% team attainment as a front line leader
* Proven track record of scaling teams & selling complex solutions
* Proven track record and experience in increasing efficiency and productivity across a growing sales org.
* Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to coach SDRs
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with startup experience
* You are within a commutable distance from the Dublin office and willing to be in office 3 days per week
