Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to enhance the user experience of our global platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving reported issues, enforcing clients' Terms of Use, and gathering data to improve user satisfaction.
* Investigate and resolve reported issues via ticketing system
* Enforce clients' Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse
* Stay knowledgeable about clients' products and community standards
* Analyze market-specific knowledge to find scalable solutions
* Gather, analyze, and utilize data to improve user satisfaction
* Recognize trends and patterns, escalating issues outside company policy
* Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions
