Job Description
The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in executing HR initiatives that align with business goals. This role supports key HR functions in partnership with Global COE's and other HR Managers, including talent management, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development.
The Human Resources Manager will work closely with operations leadership to ensure that HR strategies support business objectives, enhance productivity, and help cultivate a positive workplace culture that aligns with operational needs and long-term success.
* HR Leadership & Support:
* Implement HR strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives, operational requirements, and performance goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience in a life science, manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and the dynamics of an hourly workforce
• Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development
• Ability to collaborate with leadership and contribute to HR decision-making processes
• Experience in managing change, supporting HR projects, and assisting with organizational design
• Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday) and workforce analytics
