Mabalacat, Pampanga, Mid Shift (UK)
NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position
Key Responsibilities
Create wireframes, mockups, and UI designs in Figma based on briefs from the Head of Product or Lead Designer
Build and maintain components within existing design systems
Produce high‑quality, consistent UI across web applications
Translate requirements and sketches into polished designs
Support the creation of user flows and basic prototypes
Prepare developer‑ready handoffs with clear layouts and assets
Iterate designs based on feedback from senior team members
Ensure consistency across screens, spacing, typography, and components
Assist with design updates, improvements, and general UI polish
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
Solid experience using Figma (frames, components, auto layout, prototyping basics)
Good eye for visual design (spacing, alignment, typography, hierarchy)
Understanding of basic UX principles and usability
Ability to follow design systems and established patterns
Comfortable taking direction and working from briefs
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Good communication and willingness to collaborate
Nice To Have Skills
Basic understanding of how web apps are built (HTML/CSS, components)
Experience working with developers
Exposure to Agile workflows (Jira, Trello, etc.)
Some experience with user feedback or usability improvements
