As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a vital role in leading and implementing the HR strategy across assigned business areas. Reporting directly to the HR Director (Europe), your key responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
* Leading and implementing the HR agenda within the assigned business area in line with business objectives.
* Supporting senior leaders on all people-related matters, including performance management, succession planning, and setting clear and concise objectives to set teams up for success.
* Collaborating with the recruitment team to attract key talent and pipeline for future growth initiatives.
* Leading the talent development agenda for the assigned business area, with clear pathways identified for high-performing individuals.
* Fostering close working relationships with peers across EMEA, US, and APAC, nurturing and supporting global HR projects.
Key Qualifications
* A third-level degree in HR or a related field, with at least 10 years' experience working in HR.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to think strategically.
* A proven track record working in a similar position.
* An excellent understanding of Irish Employment Law.
* Global experience is highly desirable.
