Site Manager

Role Overview
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring that construction works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards. You'll lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and liaise with the Project Manager and client representatives to keep the project on track.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all site operations, trades, and subcontractors efficiently.
* Ensure programme, quality, and H&S standards are maintained throughout the project.
* Coordinate with the PM, client reps, and design team to resolve issues promptly.
* Monitor progress, report on site activities, and maintain accurate records.
* Drive a safe, productive, and well-organised site environment.
What You'll Need
* Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor.
* Strong background in residential or housing developments.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Ability to deliver projects on programme while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
