About the Role
The Investment Management Centre of Excellence (IM CoE) plays a pivotal role in supporting engagement teams with audit administration and analytical work, reducing practitioners' workload throughout the audit life cycle.
* The IM CoE ensures quality standards are maintained and improved, enabling efficient working practices by providing support to teams and managers.
* The core objective is to deliver our services in the most appropriate way, leveraging modern communication techniques and flexible/remote team working.
Key Responsibilities
As an IM Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing ongoing project support and ad hoc assistance to teams and managers as required.
* Preparing Custody reconciliation using external administrator reports.
* Preparation of Valuation reconciliation using Bloomberg and other pricing service providers.
* Analysing NAV valuations using internal systems.
* Assisting with audit-specific administrative tasks.
* Liaising with Fund Administrators to ensure timely completion of audit processes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Entry-level experience in an Investment Management role.
* Knowledge of the Irish Funds Industry.
* Experience in using valuation service providers.
* NAV calculation expertise.
