About this Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee the management of construction projects from early stages through to onsite delivery and handover.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and monitor construction drawings, specifications and work requirements.
* Assist in tender submittals and design approval.
* Oversee a portfolio of commercial and high-rise residential developments across Dublin.
* Liaise with the design team to ensure works are completed according to the programme.
* Report to and support senior management to ensure smooth completion of projects.
* Monitor and manage project budget.
* Direct and Manage personnel, site staff and subcontractors and manage and coordinate weekly progress meetings, workshops and plan actions.
Requirements:
* Degree in Construction Management or similar is essential.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Contracts Manager with a Main Contractor or Property Developer in Dublin.
* Proven record of overseeing projects valued over €5M from inception to completion.
* Background in engineering is desirable.
* Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines and update the programme when necessary.
* Experience managing multiple subcontractors at a time.
* Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
