This role sits within the Stock Office function, acting as a key link between stock control, customer service and warehouse operations.
About you
Previous stock management experience within a food production, warehousing or logistics environment
Proven experience managing or supervising a team
Strong stakeholder and customer relationship management skills
Excellent IT and reporting skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and problem-solving ability
Calm under pressure with a proactive, "can-do" attitude
Commercially aware and results-focused approach
What you'll do
Supervise the day-to-day activities of the Stock Office Team
Monitor KPIs and provide accurate reporting to managementEnsure customer stock is processed accurately and efficiently
Manage stock queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Liaise with operations teams to coordinate stock receipt, storage and dispatch
Support scheduling, attendance management and payroll reporting
Coach, mentor and develop team members
Maintain training records, process documentation and operational procedures
