The In-House Sales Agent / Auctioneer will be driven, passionate and energetic; will lead and manage all property sales for the group, ensuring maximum sales performance and strong engagement with buyers, and stakeholders. This role is central to driving revenue and enhancing the group's reputation in the property market.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales Management
* Organize, prepare, and conduct residential property sales
* Develop sale strategies to maximize sales and achieve target prices.
* Manage pre-sales marketing campaigns, brochures, and buyer communications.
* Client & Stakeholder Engagement
* Liaise with developer, solicitors, agents, and buyers to ensure smooth transactions.
* Provide professional advice to client on property value, market trends, and sale processes.
* Represent the Group at industry events and networking opportunities.
* Compliance & Governance
Ensure all sales comply with property law, sale regulations, and company policies.
* Maintain accurate records of offers, sales, and contracts.
* Oversee financial settlements and coordinate with finance teams.
* Business Development
* Identify opportunities to expand property sale services and attract new buyers.
* Contribute to marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns and promotional events.
* Provide market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 2 years' experience in property sales or real estate sales.
* Proven track record of successful property sales.
* Familiarity with property law, contracts, and financial settlements.
* Experience working within a development or real estate company preferred.
