About The Role
As part of the Fine Living Ltd crew, you will work on-site in one of our current projects in the North Dublin area helping to erect timber-framed houses.
Assemble Timber Frames: Work alongside other carpenters, general operatives and roofers to assemble and install timber frame structures.
Carpentry: You will support various aspects of carpentry, from framing to final touches, ensuring the high-quality build of homes.
Follow Safety Protocols: Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all health and safety guidelines on-site.
You'll be part of a close-knit team, with the opportunity to work on exciting construction projects.
What Skills You Need
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Carpentry: Experience in carpentry, erecting of timber frames, roofing, or general construction would be an advantage.
Physical: This is a hands-on and a physically demanding role.
You'll need to be comfortable working on your feet, handling tools, and working at heights.
Team Player: A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team is essential.
