Financial Leadership Role
Our organisation is seeking a skilled professional to lead our financial strategy and operations.
* Develop and implement financial models, forecasts, and scenarios
* Analyse monthly management accounts and annual audited accounts
* Oversee budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting
* Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and charity regulations
* Manage procurement, payroll, and internal controls
* Contribute to strategic planning and business development
* Lead on funding applications and financial oversight of fundraising activity
* Support commercial initiatives and venue hire
* Oversee facilities management and capital project finances
* Lead finance, fundraising, and facilities teams
Requirements
* Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior finance role
* Proven ability to manage budgets, cash flow, and financial modelling
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Advanced Excel and accounting system experience
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
