The role of a facilities and maintenance technician involves providing high-quality facilities management services to support the smooth operation of the business. This includes owning responsibility for planned maintenance activities, equipment moves management, health & safety, and energy management.
Some key tasks associated with this role include:
* Detecting and rectifying equipment faults
* Maintaining and adhering to the equipment maintenance schedule
* Responding to unplanned & emergency maintenance callouts
