Health and Safety Specialist
We are seeking a Health and Safety Specialist to join our team in Tralee, County Kerry. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, provide health and safety training, and promote a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop health and safety policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements;
- Provide ongoing health and safety inductions for new staff members;
- Investigate accidents thoroughly including preparation of detailed reports for prevention strategies.
2. Maintain accurate records of health & safety activities, incidents & inspections;
liaise effectively with management teams across the project phases throughout the period required by your role.
