The role is Person in Charge based in Meath, with hours from Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
The overall aim of this role is to ensure the highest quality standard of care is delivered to service users and to empower persons with a disability to achieve their short- and long-term goals while developing their independent living skills!
The ideal candidate will have:
1. A Nursing Degree. (Be registered in the relevant Division of the Live Register of Nurses maintained by Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) or be eligible for registration)
2. OR Hold a Level 8 Degree in Social Care or have CORU registration
3. AND
4. Have a minimum of three years’ managerial experience within the health sector.
5. Hold a recognised managerial qualification (minimum level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications).
6. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
