Job Description:
We are looking for Passenger service agents for a Client in Dublin Port, Dublin 1.
Responsibilities
Duties include checking in passengers, checking documents, dealing with customer complaints and queries.
Requirements
* Excellent customer service and communication skills essential.
* Flexibility for weekend and shift work required.
* Must have own transport.
* Must be able to start any time.
* 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
* Fluent in English (preferred).
* Must be able to commute to Dublin Port or relocate before starting work (preferred).
Job Details
* Hours: 40 hours per week.
* Pay: €14.00 per hour (flat rate). €13.66-€14.10 per hour.
* Job type: Full-time, Permanent.
* Benefits: On-site parking.
* Shift types: 10 hour shift, 12 hour shift, Day shift, Night shift.
* Location: Dublin Port, In person.
