Job Title: Manager
Job Purpose: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sauna facilities.
Responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for all guests while managing staff, maintaining equipment, and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Reports to: Owners
Location: Osberstown, Naas, Co Kildare
Schedule: 5 over 7 days
Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee the daily operations of the sauna area, including temperature control, cleanliness, and ambiance.
● Manage and schedule sauna employees (hosts, team leaders and facilities attendants) to ensure adequate coverage and top-tier service
● Ensure sauna facilities (saunas, jacuzzi, cold plunge) are maintained to the highest cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic standards at all times
● Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies.
● Greet guests, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure a positive and relaxing experience.
● Coordinate with the maintenance team for regular inspections and prompt repair of equipment.
● Monitor inventory and order necessary supplies in liaison with team leaders.
● Manage day to day finance tasks including payroll, invoicing, refunds and VAT returns.
● Interview, onboard, train and supervise all employees on customer service standards, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
● Track usage trends and prepare reports for management, offering suggestions for improvements.
● Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate and hospitality clients to promote the venue as part of employee wellness programmes and guest experience offerings
● Ensure a calm, professional atmosphere consistent with a wellness-focused brand.
Qualifications:
● Previous experience in operations and facility management (2+ years preferred)
● Strong leadership and team management skills
● Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
● CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
● Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
Work Conditions:

Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
