Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Trade Counter Salesperson with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. This position requires a solid understanding of Industrial, Engineering, and Mechanical Products, as well as the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Sales: Engage in face-to-face sales, assisting customers with their technical queries and providing solutions tailored to their specific needs.
2. Customer Interaction: Handle telephone, email, and internet enquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a positive customer experience.
3. Problem Solving: Use your technical knowledge to help customers troubleshoot issues and recommend appropriate products.
4. Sales Support: Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our product range to effectively support customer needs and drive sales.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical trade counter sales, ideally within an industrial, engineering, or mechanical environment.
2. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with new and existing customers and offer tailored recommendations based on their needs.
3. Communication: Fluent in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.
4. Technical Knowledge: The ability to understand and address technical queries in a relevant field.
