Job Description
We are looking for a GMP Cleaning Specialist to join Apleona in a manufactory environment in Dublin 15.
Work Pattern
Monday to Friday from 08:*******:00
Responsibilities
Ensuring that all documentation and logbook entries are completed as Good Documentation Practice.
Evaluating, harmonising, and standardising GMP compliance and cleaning practices across all client sites.
Engaging and collaborating with client Quality Departments as required.
Reviewing existing GMP cleaning processes, documentation, and procedures, contributing to the implementation of standardised service models.
Ensuring all GMP cleaning activities meet legislative requirements, industry best practices, and company standards.
Handling complaints in line with your Manager.
Maintaining confidentiality on all matters relating to service users, ex-service users, and general business.
Adhering to all company policies & procedures.
Attending training and meetings as required and appropriate.
Keeping accurate records in relation to all aspects of work and preparing reports as required.
Facilitating and delivering training programmes to ensure staff are fully competent in GMP standards and service requirements.
Conducting inspections, audits, and sanitisation checks in line with contractual requirements, KPIs, and GMP expectations.
Driving innovation across GMP services by identifying market trends, new technologies, and improvement opportunities.
Supporting the development and expansion of GMP service offerings, seeking opportunities for business growth.
Undertaking other duties as requested by the Cleaning Team Lead/Manager.
Requirements
Good work record and communication skills.
Excellent computer literacy essential for administrative purposes.
Experience working in Facilities Management / Life Sciences environment.
Strong GMP knowledge with proven experience in a similar role.
Strong reporting acumen with excellent attention to detail.
Flexibility.
