As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with clients, and consistently exceeding income targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gaining insights into target segments and maintaining an associated pipeline
* Developing a bespoke sales approach to create awareness of the company brand and product offering
* Engaging with relevant sector networks to develop relationships with key decision makers within target sectors
* Cross-selling to existing client accounts through inbound leads, working closely with internal stakeholders
* Building and consolidating relationships with clients through regular face-to-face meetings
Requirements:
* Passion for closing sales and generating revenue while providing a high-quality experience to prospective clients
* Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
* Ability to thrive on achieving and exceeding targets
* Commercial insurance experience and APA qualifications (minimum)
