Key responsibilities: Work within a facilities team to upkeep the facility to the highest standard possible.
Carry out maintenance tasks on site within agreed timelines.
Carry out maintenance duties across multiple sites, with a primary focus on window cleaning, grounds maintenance, and landscaping to a high standard.
Perform scheduled and reactive tasks i Ensure all work activities are completed safely and in line with Health Safety procedures, risk assessments, and method statements.
Record completed tasks, site visits, and work requests accurately Carry out any reasonable work request made by your line manager which you are deemed competent to do so.
About you: General maintenance skills Capable of working alone and as part of a team.
Ability to prioritise jobs and juggle competing priorities.
Good communication skills, both verbal, written.
