Deal Advisory Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Manager to join our Deal Advisory team in Cork. As a key member of our department, you will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering high-quality financial due diligence engagements across various sectors.
About the Role:
This exciting opportunity is ideal for an experienced professional with strong project management and leadership capabilities. Your expertise should encompass managing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, ensuring seamless deliverables. Additionally, you will analyze complex financial and operational data to identify key business drivers, risks, and deal issues.
Your Responsibilities:
* Analyze and interpret extensive datasets to provide actionable insights on strategic opportunities or challenges;
* Presentation development: Prepare engaging reports that accurately communicate findings clearly to clients;
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including tax professionals - develop plans as per the client's requirements through expert guidance from colleagues where necessary so everyone works together towards common goals without confusion when appropriate collaboration happens internally amongst staff members before presenting solutions externally by looking over things thoroughly beforehand making sure nothing gets overlooked accidentally either way somehow keeping track ourselves diligently!
Required Skills & Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, you will need ACA/ACCA/CFA qualifications or equivalent experience along with 5+ years' transaction advisory services preferably focusing on financial due diligence at established practices.
