Job Description
Experienced and passionate Chef de Partie x 2 sought at Thompsons R & B Limited, Unit D, Thompson House, MacCurtain Street, Cork. Minimum of two years relevant experience. Previous Chef de Partie experience is essential. Key responsibilities will include producing high quality meals from fresh ingredients, running the kitchen to a high standard, demonstrating high standard culinary skills, improving the existing menus, etc. This is a permanent full‑time role. Hours of work per week: 39 hours.
