Fruition, a modern brunch café located in D8 at IMMA (the Irish Museum of Modern Art), is seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and develop their skills in a supportive, quality-focused environment.
Part time - 3 days a week with flexibility to do 5 days when required
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with daily food preparation and service
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
* Follow food safety, HACCP, and hygiene procedures
* Support the team with cleaning, organisation, and stock rotation
* Learn new techniques and contribute to the smooth running of the kitchen
Requirements:
* 3 years in the kitchen or catering experience preferred
* A genuine interest in food and a willingness to learn
* Ability to work well in a team and follow direction
* Reliable, hardworking, and positive attitude
* Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Hours & Pay:
* Part-time initially, with potential for more hours as the role develops
* Starting at €14.50 per hour
* Daytime hours only
