Tipperary €40,000 €45,000 DOE Large-scale residential development (300+ units) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Administrator to join a well-established residential developer on a major housing project in Nenagh, comprising c.308 units delivered over a 3-year programme.
With additional projects already in the pipeline, this role offers strong long-term stability and progression within a growing delivery team.
The Role Working closely with the Site Management team, the Site Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site.
Key responsibilities include: General site administration and document control Managing site records, drawings, and correspondence Assisting with inductions, site registers, and compliance documentation Coordinating deliveries, subcontractor paperwork, and timesheets Supporting health & safety documentation and filing Liaising with head office and project teams as required Requirements Previous experience in a Site Administrator / Construction Adminrole Strong organisational and multitasking skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with construction site processes and documentation Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Skills: Site Admin Construction Data Entry
