Job Title: Plant Asset Coordinator
Description:
* Manage delivery and return records for plant equipment.
* Update internal asset management systems with accurate movement and usage data.
* Generate weekly and monthly operational reports for stakeholders.
* Handle digital filing and maintain structured record-keeping systems.
* Cross-check supplier invoices against forecasts and reports.
* Support general administrative tasks within the plant department as required.
* Process inspection forms to ensure compliance of vehicles and plant items.
* Register new equipment in systems and coordinate asset disposals.
* Organise vehicle tax renewals, scheduling NCTs/CVRTs, and arrange maintenance or servicing appointments.
* Administer toll and fuel card allocations, reconciliations, and queries.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role, ideally in a technical or operational environment.
* Advanced computer literacy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
* High attention to detail and a natural drive to maintain accuracy and quality in work.
* Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams and departments.
