Graphic Designer Job Description

This role offers a dynamic environment where you will produce a range of packaging, print, point-of-sale, and digital content to support brand growth across retail, digital, and out-of-home environments.

">

You will play a key role in maintaining and elevating the visual identity of our brands, from packaging re-designs to campaign rollouts. This involves working closely with the design team and marketing department to bring products to life through engaging motion graphics, retail activations, and cohesive brand materials.

">

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, preferably in FMCG, retail, or agency. You will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and have experience preparing final artwork for both digital and offset print production.

">

As a member of the marketing department, you will assist in ongoing brand refurbishments and contribute creative ideas for elevating shelf presence. You will also manage and maintain existing design files, ensure timely delivery of all creative output in line with project timelines, and support the wider business in delivering design for a variety of internal communications.

Key responsibilities include:

">

* Design, rejuvenate, and/or revise a variety of packaging to ensure consistency across products and alignment with brand guidelines.
">
* Adapt and produce large-format outdoor, point-of-sale, brochures, POS kits, and corporate materials.
">
* Create engaging motion graphics and digital assets, including social media posts, digital display ads, and website visuals.
">
* Prepare print-ready artwork to production standards and liaise with printers and suppliers as needed.
">
* Manage, maintain, and adapt existing design files.
">
* Assist in ongoing brand refurbishments and contribute creative ideas for elevating shelf presence.
">
* Ensure timely delivery of all creative output in line with project timelines.
">

Additional requirements include:

* Supporting the marketing team with day-to-day admin tasks, such as managing sponsorship requests, ordering samples and branded stock, raising purchase orders, and processing invoices.
">
* Monitoring competitor and category design trends.
">
* Updating website content via CMS.
">
* Maintaining online product databases.
">
* Training new starters on the internal artwork management system.
">
">

Qualifications and experience required include:

">
">
* BA or equivalent in Graphic Design or a related field.
">
* 5-8 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG, retail, or agency.
">
* Proven track record in packaging design, print production, and brand implementation.
">
* Strong digital design skills, including motion graphics.
">
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
">
* Experience preparing final artwork for both digital and offset print production.
">
* Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
">
* Confident communicator with the ability to work independently and collaborate in a cross-functional team.
">
* Desirable experience includes flexible packaging design and production, familiarity with WordPress/TYPO or similar CMS, knowledge of asset management platforms, and a full clean driver's license.
