We are working with a "Top Workplace" tech business outsourcing company that is seeking a talented and driven German-speaking Sales Development Representative to join their Dublin team. ? Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

? Compensation: Base salary + bonus
? Generating interest in business solutions through outbound sales and warm leads from marketing initiatives
? Becoming a product expert, handling objections, delivering demos, and guiding prospects through the sales cycle
? Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the German market through proactive outreach
? Managing your sales pipeline, tracking activities, and maintaining accurate CRM records
? Collaborating with cross-functional sales teams to align goals and improve processes
? Achieving and exceeding daily KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced environment
? Engaging with prospects via phone, email, and chat while clearly communicating technical and business value propositions
What you’ll need:
?? Fluency in German & English (written and spoken)
? Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales role (B2B or telesales preferred)
? Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
? Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar CRM/prospecting tools
? Strong business acumen and understanding of decision-making structures
? Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a sales environment
? Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience preferred
? Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite) and standard business software
