Develop creative, high-quality menus using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Maintain strict food hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards.

Control stock, manage suppliers, and ensure cost-effective kitchen operations.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Head Chef in a 4-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
