The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in all areas of the company premises. This role involves performing cleaning tasks, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness to create a comfortable and presentable space for employees, clients, and visitors.
This role may be available part-time or full-time. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren't available full-time. Please talk to us at interview about the flexibility you may need.
* Keeping up with the cleaning demands of the day
* Cleaning the rooms and bathrooms of the hostel
* Making beds and preparing rooms for check-ins
* Cleaning the common areas of the hostel
* Ensure product stock at the hostel
* Organize all the materials for cleaning
* Perform additional duties at the request of the direct supervisor
* Collaborate with the hostel team to ensure a smooth guest experience and address any special cleaning requests.
Requirements:
* Communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness.
* Previous housekeeping experience will be a plus
* Availability - Work hours may vary based on the cleaning schedule and business needs.
