Job Title: IT Field Specialist
As an IT Field Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to customers on-site. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customer systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Visit customer sites to complete scheduled activities such as installations, upgrades, and changes.
* Provide reactive support for network, server, and storage equipment located on customer sites.
* Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to desktops, laptops, and other end-user computing devices.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet customer expectations.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and methodologies to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
Requirements:
* Technical knowledge and experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Autopilot.
* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of ITIL aligned environments and processes.
