OverviewWe\'re currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager for a long-term contract assignment based onsite in Westmeath. This is an excellent opportunity to join the Emerging team and take on a pivotal role in delivering significant site infrastructure projects. It is a hybrid position, with 4 days onsite.Role OverviewAs a Project Manager, you will report to Senior Management for Site Enabling Infrastructure Projects and be responsible for the successful delivery of critical utility upgrade and expansion projects within an existing utilities building.Key responsibilitiesManaging the end-to-end delivery of utility upgrade projects, with a primary focus on chilled water, cooling water, and low-pressure hot water (LPHW) systems.Overseeing associated electrical, piping, and automation infrastructure upgrades.Ensuring projects are delivered in strict accordance with the client\'s internal Project Execution Model (PEM).Reviewing and coordinating utility designs to ensure they meet end-user requirements, specifications, and all regulatory standards.Preparing and managing investment applications, project budgets, and financial forecasts.Developing and coordinating detailed project schedules.Preparing and coordinating project specifications, tender documents, risk registers, and contracts.Leading the resolution of engineering challenges during construction and commissioning.Providing regular project updates to stakeholders.Required Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you must have:A minimum of a Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering.Experience in the management of engineering capital investment projects.Proven experience in the delivery of chilled water and heat pump projects.Experience working within the Pharmaceutical industry is also an advantage but not essential
