Savills is seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional supporting our Commercial Property Management and Residential Management clients and operations. The individual will be part of the largest Property Management finance team in the country and will manage all finance deliverables to clients and advisors ensuring seamless service delivery, annual accounts for service charge, annual service charge audit, tax reporting and landlord financial accounts for a multitude of institutional clients. Thecandidate will also work closely with our systems and compliance team to maintain and improve reporting, operational and financial processes, enhancing performance of both internal and external operations for our clients.

The role involves working closely with the Commercial Property Management teams and requires a strong technical finance background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a strategic mindset to optimise financial reporting, operational efficiency, and client service standards.

The role is based in Molesworth Street, Dublin 2.

Key Responsibilities

Key tasks and responsibilities include the following:

Financial management and reporting

* Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial and management reporting packs for local and international clients.
* Manage across a specific property portfolio the billing and lease management process, annual service charge expenditure control and budgeting in conjunction with the property managers and complete the year end service charge audit packs for commercial properties
* Proactively manage the finance relationship with internal and external service providers including the establishment and monitoring of service level agreements.
* Analyse financial data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights.

· Monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with client and property strategic goals. Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning initiatives.

* Co-ordinate with key stakeholders to ensure that reporting commitments for each of the properties are met and that any issues are appropriately resolved on a timely basis.
* Oversee the financial management of the portfolio ensuring all key reconciliations are completed appropriately and with supporting documentation.
* Collaborating with internal colleagues and external consultants to ensure compliance with filing obligations CRO, Tax and other regulatory reporting as relevant to the property portfolio are managed.
* Work closely with property managers, accounts payable and accounts receivable colleagues to resolve queries and ensure that reporting is maintained to a high standard.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

· Qualified or part qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA accountant with 3+ post qualification experience in a senior finance role.

· Experience within real estate, property management finance is highly desirable but not essential.

· Strong understanding of financial principles, operational processes, and best practices.

* Ability to analyse problems, develop and implement solutions to generate immediate results. The ability to challenge established practices and policies.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, (written and verbal) with the ability to build effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
* Positive and flexible attitude with the aptitude to take ownership of work as required and see it through to completion.
* Ability to work well under pressure, to prioritise tasks and focus on meeting deadlines.
* Proven track record of strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Highly proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Large property system orientation and knowledge are desirable but not essential e.g. Yardi, MRI, Dynamics, Salesforce, Power BI.
