We work with enterprise clients across multiple regions and industries.About the RoleThe Implementation Manager is responsible for leading client onboarding and delivery of Trusaic's PayParity platform. This role owns implementation projects end to end, ensuring scope, quality, timelines, and client expectations are met.You will act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, working closely with internal teams across Client Services, Data Science, and Product to ensure successful delivery and transition to post-launch support.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage implementation projects from kickoff through completionServe as the primary client contact during the implementation phasePlan, track, and manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependenciesLead regular client status calls to review progress, deliverables, and next stepsCoordinate internal delivery teams through stand-ups and working sessionsMaintain clear project governance, documentation, and reportingEnsure a high-quality client experience and successful handover post-implementationBuild trusted relationships with client stakeholders across HR, Compensation, and LeadershipRequired Experience2–5 years' experience managing software or SaaS implementationsExperience working with enterprise or multinational clientsStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environmentsAbility to explain technical or analytical concepts to non-technical audiencesPreferred ExperienceExposure to HR, compensation, or people analytics processesExperience working across multiple time zonesFamiliarity with Agile delivery environmentsWork ArrangementRemote role based in IrelandCollaboration with international teams may require flexible working hoursCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary aligned with the Irish market, based on experienceFour weeks annual leave plus public holidaysEmployer pension contributionPrivate health insurancePaid sick leave in line with Irish legislationBase Salary: € 77, ,000 (EURO)Equal OpportunityTrusaic is an equal opportunity employer.
