To ensure that a consistently high standard and quality of service exists at all times with a specific focus on both Food and BeverageKey ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations, ensure smooth service, and enforce company policies and procedures while working alongside the Management Team.To ensure that all staff conduct themselves in accordance to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and policies.To ensure that the department is operating within the food and hygiene regulations (HACCP)Hire, train, and schedule staff; supervise and support them; conduct performance reviews.A strong presence on the floor with a hands-on approach at all service timesTo maintain control over the cash on the premisesEnsure a high-quality customer experience, handle customer complaints and feedback, and build customer loyalty.Log any accidents or incidents that may occur to patrons or staff of the property in the incident report formsEnsure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health and safety regulations, ensure that all fire safety equipment is in good working order and that it is placed in the correct position as laid down by legislation.RequirementsHigh levels of enthusiasm, motivation and problem solving.Excellent leadership and communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsPrevious experience 1 years experience as a Duty Manager or Food & Beverage Supervisor in a Hotel Or Bar & Restaurant.Front Office experience & knowledge of front office software would be an advantageExperience in front of house management and floor control planning.Available to work a variety of shifts included late night, early morning and weekend shiftsMust have at the very least 2 years experience in a similar role.Pay: Can be negotiated for the correct candidateJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Food allowanceOn-site parkingWork Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
