This is a client-focused role where you will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial risks, providing expert advice and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
* Portfolio Management: Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of commercial clients.
* Technical Administration: Manage renewals, Mid-Term Adjustments (MTAs), endorsements, and cancellations.
* Market Negotiation: Engage and negotiate with leading insurers and underwriters to secure the most competitive terms for your clients.
* Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to Irish regulatory standards and internal company policies.
Requirements
* Qualifications: APA in Commercial Insurance is required.
* Experience: At least 1 year of experience handling SME risks within a brokerage environment.
* Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in IT systems.
