Operations Manager - Dublin 12 Our client, a leading provider of roadside assistance services in Ireland, is seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead their Patrol Team based in Dublin. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong operational background, capable of driving performance, managing frontline teams, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. Previous experience as a foreman or in leading a team of technicians is a plus. Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisor or management role within a fast-paced environment. Qualified LCV mechanic (FETAC Level 6) is advantageous but not required. B Driving Licence (required). Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Duties: Lead and manage patrol teams and team leads to ensure productivity and service delivery. Monitor and achieve key operational KPIs through: Effective rostering Absence and annual leave management Headcount and resource planning Translate strategy and change initiatives into executable operational plans. Drive performance through accurate demand forecasting and capacity planning. Oversee or contribute to projects that improve existing operational processes. Foster engagement and morale through team communications and social initiatives. Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth payroll processes and resolve any pay-related issues. Communicate and coordinate with other road operations managers to align day-to-day activities.
