About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Office Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation and management of patient records and documents;
* Communication with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders via phone, email, or in-person;
* Management of scheduling, appointments, and waitlists;
* Coordination of medical procedures and treatments;
* Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records and databases;
* Provision of administrative support to medical staff, including preparing reports and presentations;
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
Requirements:

Qualifications:
* Degree in a related field, such as business administration or health services management;
* Relevant experience in a medical office setting;
