Firgrove Hotel Mitchelstown is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Chef De Partie, working four or five days over seven.
Your workday will be preparing dishes that (depending on your shift) could include breakfast, carvery lunch, banqueting and bar food, so experience in all areas of a busy kitchen is a desirable.
Prior experience in ordering and stock management would be beneficial.
Current and in-date HACCP certification is essential.
Good command of English language (written and spoken) is an advantage.
Must have own Transport or be willing to relocate.
All applicants who are permitted to work in EU will be considered for this role.
Rate of pay indicated is for guidance only and the salary will be dependent on experience.
Meals provided when on shift.
Temporary Accommodation can be secured locally for the right candidate, should you be willing to relocate to Mitchelstown.
