Job Title:
The role of a Clinical Nurse Manager is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of patient care are consistently met.
To achieve this, the successful candidate will work collaboratively with various healthcare professionals across all departments to maintain these high standards. They will proactively identify areas of concern and engage with the Director of Nursing to develop targeted action plans.
Ongoing clinical assessments and reviews of residents experiencing pressure sores, falls, or deteriorating health will be thoroughly documented and managed through evidence-based practices.
The ideal candidate will also troubleshoot ongoing issues and escalate them to the Director of Nursing as necessary.
Main responsibilities include conducting comprehensive resident assessments, monitoring ongoing evaluations, and making modifications as required.
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science in General Nursing or equivalent qualification
* Prior managerial experience is advantageous
* Registration on the NMBI live register is mandatory
* Superb leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* Sound decision-making ability
* Able to motivate self and others and work independently
