We are seeking a highly skilled Document Management Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and efficient storage, retrieval, and communication of technical records and documentation within our organization.
This is a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of document control.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation in accordance with established procedures and policies.
* Support project teams by issuing and receiving documentation as required.
* Ensure that all documents are properly indexed, filed, and stored for easy access and retrieval.
* Coordinate document change orders and facilitate reviews, approvals, and retention of risk management documents.
* Liaise with clients, vendors, and contractors to deliver completed project handover documentation to client specifications.
Requirements:
* Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with document control systems and processes.
