We are looking for a reliable and motivated Yard Operative to join our team in Limerick.Responsibilities:Keep the yard clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards.Coordinate the daily movement, issue, and return of machinery, tools, and materials.Maintain accurate records of all equipment coming in and out of the yard.Prepare machinery and materials for dispatch to and from sites.Inspect equipment for damage and report maintenance needs or irregularities.Assist with loading and unloading of deliveries using appropriate machinery or manual handling.Support the wider operations and logistics team as needed.Requirements:Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, logistics, or plant hire environment.Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.Ability to safely operate yard machinery (forklift certification desirable).Physically capable of lifting and handling materials.Punctual, dependable, and focused on safety.Comfortable using digital tools or mobile apps for tracking equipment.What We Offer:Competitive hourly rate or salary (depending on experience).Full training and opportunities for upskilling.A positive, team-oriented work environment.Long-term career growth within a busy and supportive operations team.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €13.50-€21.40 per hourWork Location: In person
