Role Responsibilities
* Design and implement data models using modern data platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and analytics goals.
* Design and implement intuitive Power BI reports and enhance them with advanced analytics.
* Build and maintain datasets that integrate SAP and non-SAP financial data sources, enabling seamless access for reporting and analytics.
* Ensure metadata is accurately captured and maintained for lineage and governance.
* Promote data accessibility by developing datasets that are secure, reliable, and easy to consume across business units.
* Work closely with finance teams, data engineers, and business analysts to understand requirements and deliver data solutions that meet operational and strategic needs.
* Adhere to enterprise data standards and governance frameworks.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* 3+ years' experience in data modelling and schema design, preferably within Microsoft Fabric or similar platforms.
* 3+ years' hands-on experience in developing and operationalizing analytical models.
* 3+ years' experience in data visualization in Power BI.
* Skilled in leveraging DAX in Power BI, ensuring scalable and responsive Power BI reports across large datasets.
* Strong understanding of financial data structures and reporting requirements.
* Familiarity with SAP S4, Ariba, and other finance-related data sources is a plus.

Education
A degree in sciences or quantitative discipline, i.e., statistics, mathematics, finance, engineering, or computer science from a Tier-I institute, is required. An MBA/post-graduation will be preferred.
