Overview
Reporting to the Hygiene Manager the Hygiene Operator will complete nightly cleans on production lines in a time frame in all production areas.
Working nights and including Sunday as working week.
Responsibilities
* Adherence to procedures
* GMP Daily hygiene and housekeeping,
* Cleaning instruction cards ensure cleaning instruction cards are met and 100% adhered to during clean downs.
* Following chemical training completed.
* Following sequence of cleaning training completed.
* BRC and 5s standards to be upheld every day:
HR Metrics
* Key HR Metrics need to be maintained at all times in the business:
* Ensure to have good timekeeping and absence levels.
* Has a minimum of 11 hours rest between their shifts.
* Knowledge and application of company handbook, policies, and procedures.
Work towards achieving all key company goals and objectives by obtaining daily metrics:
* Daily GMP Scores
* Training/Flexibility
* Health & Safety
* Audit ready every day.
Knowledge
* Will have experience in a Food manufacturing environment / Hygiene Team
* Knowledge of the procedures used in a Food manufacturing environment.
Experience
* Should have experience in an Food manufacturing environment
Skills
* The ideal candidate will be driven and ambitious.
