We are currently recruiting for a Senior Receptionist to join our front office team in our bustling 4-star hotel in the heart of Dublin City Centre. Hotel Front Desk Experience is Essential in order to be considered for this role, we may be able to provide accommodation for the right candidate :
Duties include :
* Check guests in and out, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
* Managing phone reservations & queries
* Accepting payments and deposits & balancing cash register
* Managing OTA's and Online Reservations
* Providing excellent customer service & a warm welcome to our guests
* Provide friendly, professional assistance to guests, including, Recommending local attractions, restaurants, and cultural experiences in Dublin & making reservations for dining, tours, and transport
* Resolve guest queries and provide solutions in a timely, professional manner
* Liase with other departments to ensuring high service standards and special requests are met
Job brief
We wish to recruit a Senior Receptionist for our busy city centre hotel. Duties primarily involve dealing with online and telephone reservations and queries and checking guests in and out, accepting payments and balancing bills. Our night porter will also provide excellent service to guests arriving or departing overnight or in the early hours of the morning and deal with all the administrative aspects of these guest's accommodation e.g. preforming check in procedures or preparing bills & accepting credit card payments etc.

Requirements and skills
* Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent/Receptionist/Night porter
* Fluency in English is essential.
* Experience with hotel reservations software such as Protel or similar property management system.
* Experience with OTA's such as, Expedia etc.
* Strong focus on customer service.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* A positive, proactive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
* Must have permission to work 40 hours in Ireland
