Our client seeks an experienced Senior Beverage Operations Manager to lead their hospitality team. Key responsibilities include:

1. Liaising with suppliers and receiving bar stock in a secure, controlled manner.
">
2. Ensuring payroll and rosters are completed for the department as required.
">
3. Managing effective stock control, stock rotation and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
">
4. Maximising revenue and upselling, setting objectives and targets, achieving those for beverage unit/bar.
">
5. Reducing costs without compromising customer experience.
">
6. Utilising the bar computer system effectively.
">
7. Maintaining security of cash, credit cards and reception floats.
">
8. Conducting transactions and banking with no variance.
">
9. Completing daily, weekly, monthly reporting and adhering to company accountancy standards.
">
10. Developing and maintaining a team structure in the bar.
">
11. Implementing recorded training for the department, including departmental induction and SOP.
">
